We are flexible when working with our clients and have found that most needs are classified in the following three categories.
Project Based EDI consulting provides a resource for a particular project such as an ERP or translator upgrade or an implementation of a new EDI transaction set.
Staff Supplementation provides a resource to assist with the day-to-day activities of your EDI team. As with most companies, there is just not enough people to do all the work and this option can give you an additional EDI expert to help during those busy times.
Full Support is a service that we call co-sourcing. This service allows you to retain control of your EDI software by keeping it in-house, but REMEDI provides the daily support and upgrades which allows your EDI team to work on expanding your EDI program rather than getting distracted with maintenance.
