REMEDI Electronic Commerce Group, located in Columbus, Ohio, is currently looking for a Superstar Consultant Sourcing Agent/Recruiter. The successful candidate will have a stellar history of demonstrated success in the national recruiting and placement of IT professionals in one or all of the following: contract, contract to hire, and permanent placement opportunities.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Source candidates via telephone, web-based job boards, web-based professional networking sites, email, email blasts, company database, newsletters, and other recruiting / marketing efforts
- Conduct interviews to assess professionalism, communication, technical skills, and fit to the client opportunity, while maintaining candidate database with communication / opportunity history

Present and place candidates with clients in cooperation with account managers
- Work with account management to resolve technical resource/customer issues
- Compensation & terms negotiation with candidates related to client/REMEDI budget
- Provide qualified candidates expediently and administer policies and practices with placed resources
- Maintain superior candidate/consultant relations by consistent relationship building and maintenance
- Identification of opportunities to improve candidate/consultant loyalty in terms of retention, candidate referral programs, client referral programs
- Lead candidate /consultant based marketing programs and campaigns
- Maintain the highest degree of ethics and integrity
EXPERIENCE DESIRED
- Five years experience in the aggressive placement of candidates for IT consulting and/or full-time placement opportunities
- Experience using recruiting methodologies and candidate tracking software
- Experience with contract and statement of work negotiation/preparation
