We have assisted clients with their TIE Commerce software and professional services needs since 2003 when the organizations collaborated on reselling software and providing data transformation services in a consulting, outsource, and managed services capacity. Much of the service work has been client direct, but also from time to time in partnership with TIE. Q. Can you come in and troubleshoot problems, review our infrastructure, and make recommendations for improvements? A. We have done system reviews for many companies over the years. At the direction of the client, some of these were very systematic and others were very problem specific.
