CONTRACT TO HIRE

Are you hesitant to hire a permanent resource?  “Try before you buy” by engaging with a candidate interested in a contract-to-hire arrangement.  This will help you determine how the candidate fits within your team and let you evaluate their management, technical, and social skills. These candidates are utilized in a contract capacity until parties agree a full-time relationship is appropriate.
