In my current role as Integration Recruiting Manager, I am responsible for recruiting operations and process improvement to ensure that Remedi consistently identifies and presents top talent for our clients. I also oversee the processes by which candidates are professionally vetted and correctly matched for appropriate positions and challenging projects in order to provide both candidates and clients with an exceptional experience.
I joined Remedi in 2008, in part, because of the company’s unique culture. It was clear to see during my initial interviews with the leadership team that Remedi is a culture where people who have a strong work ethic can thrive. It’s results-driven without sacrificing a family-friendly culture that allows a work/life balance. Those factors along with the company's position in the marketplace made the decision to join and remain with Remedi a pretty easy one.
When I am not in front of the computer or on the phone getting to know an integration expert, you’ll find me tinkering with technology or down in my woodworking shop churning up sawdust that my wife of 36 years, affectionately calls “man-glitter.” Amy and I have two grown sons, a church family we love, and the pride of calling Ohio our home for nearly 22 years.
