REMEDI's Management Team

Tracy Loetz

Tracy Loetz

Tracy is the founder of REMEDI and has over 17 years experience in EDI. She graduated with a bachelor's degree and immediately started a position at Owens Corning where she learned and developed her EDI technical skills.

After working as an independent EDI contractor and completing her master's degree, her career continued as Director of EDI at AmerisourceBergen. After a few years in that position, Tracy determined there was a need for EDI specialists and started REMEDI from her home. Since then, REMEDI has moved its offices three times and grown exponentially not only in resources but in services scope.

Tracy is currently responsible for all technology related things at REMEDI which includes consultant management and technical assessments as well as strategic planning.

Tracy has consulted on ten EDI translators and four platforms over her career.

Brad Loetz

Brad LoetzBrad is the President and Managing Director for REMEDI Electronic Commerce Group, and a co-founder of the company which was formed in 1992. He joined the company full-time in 1996 as Managing Director and shortly thereafter took on additional duties as President. His responsibilities include leading the creation and realization of company vision, as well as the functional areas of the business, devoting particular attention to operations, administration, sales, and marketing.

Brad has been involved with Electronic Commerce, Electronic Data Interchange, and Business/Data Integration in product, service, and technical roles since 1989.

Previously, Brad was a Product Manager with Huntington Bank where he was responsible for the Financial Electronic Data Interchange product with responsibilities including, research, planning, developing, enhancing, and marketing the Financial EDI product, as well as tax payment and bill payment Electronic Commerce products. Technical responsibilities with the bank included planning, developing, and implementing electronic banking solutions to include Direct Access Banking (video enabled ATMs), Direct Bill Pay (touch tone bill payment system), and Direct Line (touch tone financial information collection and delivery tool).

Other positions held include application development for Limited Brands and Cooper Tire & Rubber Company. In these positions development pertained to the functional areas of Accounts Payable/Receivable, Distribution, Marketing, Purchasing, and Sales, including development of Cooper Tire & Rubber Company's first electronic invoicing initiative via EDI.

Brad received his BBA in Information Systems from The University of Toledo in August, 1989, and his MBA from Capital University in May, 1995.

Scott Hulme

Scott HulmeScott is the Vice President of Services, Sourcing, and Software and one of the Principals of REMEDI Electronic Commerce Group. After joining the company in 2004, Scott has progressed from business development and account management to overseeing REMEDI's sales and recruiting departments. Scott also spends much of his time helping to facilitate and grow the relationship between REMEDI and IBM.

Scott has been involved in software and professional services sales since 2000 and has worked with clients of various sizes across all industries including education and government organizations. Over those years with a few different companies, Scott pounded the streets going door to door selling HR software and services to small, local companies. He has also sold enterprise software solutions and professional services throughout North America to large companies, school districts, universities, and government organizations.

During his time with REMEDI, Scott has helped REMEDI grow its sales and revenues to all-time company highs. Scott oversees all phases of business development and manages all of the projects with REMEDI's clients. Scott is also responsible for coordinating efforts between sales and recruiting within REMEDI to ensure that all of their clients' needs are met and their expectations are exceeded. In his spare time at REMEDI, Scott assists with partnering and marketing initiatives and helps shape REMEDI's focus and vision for coming years. He is highly engaged with IBM to continue to expand and develop REMEDI's relationship with IBM.

Scott received his BA from The Ohio State University and holds a secondary teaching certificate from Ohio Dominican University. Scott also has multiple sales certifications from IBM.

Charley Hughes

Charley HughesCharley serves as the Integration Recruiting Manager for REMEDI. He has been a technical recruiter since 1998 when he was hired as an Account Executive for a turn-around team of a fortune 500 company seeking to improve a struggling operation in Tennessee. After moving to Tennessee, Charley held several positions within the firm before transferring in 2002 to Ohio for yet another turn-around opportunity within the company. Ohio is now the place he and his family call home.

Approaching his ten year anniversary at a large publicly traded firm, Charley began to quietly explore other opportunities within more specialized niche organizations and met with the principals and leadership team at REMEDI, officially joining the firm in July 2008 as a Consultant Relations Manager.

As Charley relates, his career move to REMEDI was successful, in part, because of the company's unique culture. "REMEDI has developed a results driven orientation without sacrificing a family friendly culture that allows a work/life balance where people who have a strong work ethic can thrive. That was clear to see even during my initial interviews with the leadership team. Those factors along with the company's position in the marketplace made the decision to join REMEDI a pretty easy one."

In his current role as the Integration Recruiting Manager for REMEDI, Charley is responsible for recruiting operations and process improvement to ensure that REMEDI consistently identifies and presents top talent for client projects and full time positions. He also oversees the processes by which project based consultants and full time candidates are professionally vetted and correctly matched for appropriate positions and challenging projects in order to provide both candidates and clients with an exceptional experience.

When Charley isn't in front of the computer, on the phone, or interviewing an integration expert, you can find him tinkering with technology close to home or 5000 feet in the sky enjoying his favorite hobby as a private pilot. Charley and his wife Amy have been married 29 years and have two grown sons.
