It’s December 31, 2014…well not quite yet!  Let’s say hypothetically speaking, it’s December 31, 2014.  Are you looking forward to ringing in the New Year or are you dreading it, and thinking it’s just going to be another year?

Have you posed this question to your Data Integration Team?  How can we make 2015 our best year yet and even more importantly, how can each one of us elevate and equip others on our Data Integration Team for their optimal success in 2015?

Some of the most successful leaders I have met are always looking ahead and strategizing about their future.  I will never forget meeting John Maxwell and the imprint he left on my mind.  I remember him saying “Leadership is Influence and a great leader’s courage to fulfill his vision comes from passion, not position.”  We are all leaders in some regard, even if we aren’t leading a team, we are leading ourselves.

New Year’s Day is traditionally a time when America looks back over the past 12 months and we make our resolutions about what we want to accomplish in the next 12 months.  Forbes Magazine published an article last year in January stating that “Just 8% of people achieve their New Year’s Resolutions”.  The study which was conducted by University of Scranton found that one of the ways the 8% of people were successful was to “Make Their Goals Obvious”.  In other words by sharing your goals with others, it builds an opportunity for accountability and a successful outcome.

At REMEDI, we are engaging in active conversations with our internal team about what the landscape of our business is going to look like in 2015 as well as with our current and future B2B Integration customers.
