Celebrating 19 Years Of EDI And Data Integration Services

This week we celebrate Remedi's 19th anniversary. It's hard to believe how far we have come and how awesome it is that we are thriving like no time before.  Don't get me wrong, we have had our struggles like other businesses operating this long, but there are a great many that have also failed over the years and we are grateful for the opportunity to continue doing what we love.

I believe there are several key factors to our success.

Our Staff and Team of Integration Professionals

We have certainly learned many lessons over the years and had our fair share of hiring the wrong people.  As a small business, it is extremely important to hire people that fit the culture and are willing to do many tasks, whether it is in their official job description or not.  Our current team is a wonderful mix of people from varying backgrounds.  They care about Remedi and our clients and are not afraid to give their opinion or do that extra something when needed.

Our Management Team

The management team sets the tone for any company and I am very proud of the morals and values that we foster.  We are truthful, whether it be what the customer or our team members want to hear or not.  We have a family atmosphere and understand that everyone has outside obligations, but still expect the job to get done.

Our Partners

We realize we are not able to be every thing to every one.  Our software and integration partners help us fill voids and serve client integration needs that we could not satisfy alone.  Partnerships are a two way street and we have some great ones.  We are fortunate to collaborate with our integration partners that collectively make us the best team in the integration business.

Our Methodical,  Continuous Growth

While many have grown at a faster pace than we have, I believe that our steady pace has enabled us to weather some tough times.

Our Business Niche

From day one, our goal has been to provide EDI and data integration solutions to businesses.  Of course, the technology and breadth of integration has grown exponentially over the years, but we have always maintained our focus.  We do one thing and we are good at it.
