Sourcing And Recruiting Talent For Your Team

We have all been on teams at some point in our lives. Whether it’s a sports team when we were younger or a business team now, there are certain characteristics all winning teams have in common. We could get into finer details such as core values, chemistry, and leadership, but this article will focus on a different foundation of success: talent. Talent is what carries you through tough situations and allows teams to rise to great challenges. When the unexpected happens or immediate action is required, there’s little time to evaluate and plan.  This is when teams rely on their most talented members to succeed.

With most talented individuals, their work is highly sought after and competed for. This is because recruiters know that if an organization can acquire and preserve good talent, they have a greater chance of success in the long term.  In an article I read recently on recruiting, I was not surprised to see talent acquisition as the biggest hurdle CEOs face for their business. CEOs want their team to be equipped with as much talent as possible so their leadership efforts (and profitability) are reaching their fullest potential.

Talent is highly sought after in every industry, and ours is no exception. Recruiters can be used to find Integration / EDI / MFT talent for a specific project, or a long term opportunity in an organization. Often times, one specific project can lead to full-time employment for the consultant. Both full-time and contractor jobs have their challenges and benefits, and many large firms have a healthy mix of both.

REMEDI has recruited consultants for many years now and is ever increasingly in the domain of recruiting full-time talent.  We look forward to pairing the right talent with the right jobs for our many job seekers and employers.
