Ask five people what their definition is, and get five different answers. Just about daily we are asked by prospects if we have an EDI outsource offering. Because it means so many things to different folks we are quick to ask specifically what they are looking for before responding.

In our experience managed services (a REMEDI term) is a term that means different things to different people. Defined widely, as varied, and as accurately / inaccurately as Outsourcing, Offshoring, Nearshoring, Homeshoring, CoSourcing, and more, REMEDI's managed services offering is defined as follows:

Managed services enables the client to focus on IT projects strategic to their organization, maintain control of their integration infrastructure by keeping it on-premises, and allows integration infrastructure monitoring and external / internal integration solution delivery to be performed by third party integration professionals. Integration professionals such as REMEDI are in the business of integration service delivery and work daily with clients, partners, tools, and vendors, to integrate business networks and systems.  Managed service delivery can be on-site, remote, or blended according to engagement needs and client expectations.

For those with SaaS, hosted, or multi-tenant integration solution requirements, REMEDI can accommodate through our partner relationships.
