Why change...this a common question we all ask ourselves when we get presented with a new idea. We are intrigued by it, but are not unhappy enough with how things are now, so why bother? When it comes to technology, the process to make the change just seems too painful and it is never the right time.
In our office, we go through a re-evaluation process yearly to determine if we should upgrade our CRM and back office systems. Do we stick it out another year with something that is (mostly) doing its job and everyone is accustomed to, or do we go through the turmoil of a conversion and the learning curve, and get the benefits of updated technology that is flexible and can take us into the future?
