Is Your EDI Team Covered for Summer Vacations?

Posted by April Watts on Jul 29, 2015 1:25 PM

Summer has finally arrived and the temperatures have heated up.  The sun is shining and it’s a beautiful time of the year.  It’s an opportunity for us to spend more time capitalizing on some of the outdoor activities that we enjoy…like boating, family picnics and reunions, baseball, hiking and many more.  My husband and I enjoy getting out on our Harley and venturing all throughout Ohio.  It’s a great way to see the countryside and enjoy the beauty of nature.

What do EDI Goals and Hot-Air-Ballooning have in Common?

Posted by April Watts on Apr 21, 2015 4:39 PM

We’ve all heard the phrase, “I’m going to do it!”  Recently, I turned 50 and I’m now saying “When am I am going to do it”?  The "it" can be different for each one of us.  Well, this year I decided I was going to discuss taking a Hot-Air-Balloon ride with my husband to celebrate our 5th Wedding Anniversary.  I’ve wanted to take a Hot-Air-Balloon ride for many years and I’ve talked about taking a Hot-Air-Balloon ride with my friends and family for many years.  I even have Hot-Air-Ballooning pictures all over my office and I look at them every day.  I shared the idea with my husband and he loved it.  The difference this year is that my husband and I have been taking action on our goal.  We’ve discussed it with a couple that have been friends with us for years and they are going to join us on our adventure this Spring!  We have made some calls and started to research different companies that offer flights in our area and are now looking at dates that the four of us can put on our calendars.  Look for pictures in my next blog!

It’s December 31, 2014…well not quite yet!  Let’s say hypothetically speaking, it’s December 31, 2014.  Are you looking forward to ringing in the New Year or are you dreading it, and thinking it’s just going to be another year?
