A new year brings new initiatives. I was looking for a creative way to connect with customers and prospects and thought I'd try to deliver my blogs a little differently this year.

Recently my LinkedIn feed has been populated with not just great articles from business leaders, but short videos. I seem to stop scrolling to listen more often when I can see their face, I feel more connected to their message. So, to start 2018 I'd like to take a few minutes and talk to you about what I am doing to meet my personal and business goals this year.

When you think of the word “disruption,” you most likely associate it with something negative. After all, disruptions unsettle the current order completely, creating chaos. However, in the realm of technology, disruption can be a good thing.

When you hear the phrase “the Industrial Revolution,” you may think of the developments in the late 18^th century that enabled people to work less and enjoy life more, such as the Spinning Jenny. You also most likely think that the Industrial Revolution has played itself out. In this assumption, you would be mistaken. You are currently living through what has become known as the Fourth Industrial Revolution.

You have heard the saying “failing to plan is planning to fail.” When companies plan for the future, they rely upon historical data. If you do not have the right historical data, though, your plans are not going to be effective or successful. 

Depending on your integration tool and infrastructure, chances are it can be used in many many more applications than it is currently.
