Having managed a number of teams over the years, one of my greatest rewards is to witness a diverse group of individuals accomplish a common goal.  Diversity in the workplace means a lot of different things to a lot of different people depending on the seat they sit in for your company.  What I am addressing here is a different kind of diversity.  Let me explain.

On Premise Software v Cloud Based Solutions.  What Is Your Preference?

Posted by Scott Hulme on Mar 11, 2016 11:00 AM

A huge topic that we are hearing from our customers is the choice they have to make between implementing an on premise software solution vs. a cloud based solution.  They often are struggling with the decision, and a majority of the time they are very confused about what each brings to the table.  As in everything, there are pros and cons to each choice.  There are many articles that you can research that outline all of the pros and cons associated with each approach.  I am not going to go into that in this blog.
