In our last blog, Remedi lead integration and EDI consultant Dave McCray, discussed the need to establish a good work - life balance.  Dave seems to have a good approach by marrying some of the requirements of his "day" job with some of the requirements of his officiating responsibilities.  Because the requirements of his daily responsibilities are similar across the two, he is able to make a smooth transition between both without incurring any additional anxiety or stress in his life.

My entire career has been in the IT world. For the most part very structured and orderly. From my beginning as an application programmer to my current role as an EDI Analyst I've had to follow disciplined rules in order to reach the desired results.
